The star of the show--Ben Alex. He is the best. He is always in a good mood. He only complains when he is hungry or tired. We went to the doctor for his four month old appointment on Friday February 20. He weighs 16 pounds (75 percentile) and is 25 3/8" tall (70 percentile). He can sit up for just a tiny bit by himself. And is working on rolling over. We have a great time with him. His grandparents Ben and Carol, affectionately known as Poppy and Cici just left yesterday. They came to visit on Wednesday and it sure was fun to have them in town. They watched Ben Alex all day Thursday while I went to work. It sounded like a great day for the three of them.

We had a scary incident on Wednesday night. We all went out to eat at Berryhill and Ben Alex was in his car seat propped up on an upside down high chair. He got a little fussy because he was tired, so I took him out and rocked him to sleep. Once he fell asleep we just set him on top of the carseat to rest. When he woke up we pulled down the bar so he could play with his toys. Well, I think he arched his back as he likes to do now, and before we could do anything our little boy took a three foot jump out of his seat. He landed face first on the concrete floor. Daddy scooped him right up and comforted our scared little boy. He must have landed on an angel however because the only thing to happen to him was that he got scared. It's a miracle that he didn't hit his head on the table on the way down, and he landed with the top of his head right up next to the base of the table. Thanks to the angels and Heavenly Father for saving our happy healthy little boy!!

Cici and Poppy were making LB3 laugh while daddy held him.

Chewing on Mr. Sunshine is the best!! He sure does love hanging out in his little playcenter.

Hey, give me that spoon. I know how to do this!!
